Excelitas to Showcase Spectroscopy, Imaging and Illumination Technologies for Advanced Analytical Instrumentation at Analytica 2026
WHO: Excelitas®, a leading provider of advanced, life-enriching technologies that make a difference, serving global market leaders in the life sciences, advanced industrial, next-generation semiconductor and avionics end markets, will showcase spectroscopy, imaging and illumination solutions designed to support next-generation analytical instrumentation at Analytica 2026.
WHAT: Excelitas experts will be available at Booth #417B, Hall A2, to demonstrate technologies that enable precise spectral analysis, hyperspectral imaging and fluorescence illumination in laboratory and research environments. Featured technologies include:
- Axsun IntegraSpec® NIR Spectroscopy Engine: IntegraSpec is a compact, high-performance near-infrared spectroscopy platform with fully tunable laser-based light sources, photodetector and wavelength and amplitude references. With MEMS-tunable filter technology, it enables rapid spectral acquisition and high signal-to-noise performance for applications such as process analytical technology (PAT), material identification and life sciences analysis.
- SWIR Hyperspectral Microscopy Demonstration: This demo features the pco.pixelfly™ 1.3 SWIR high-performance machine vision camera with InGaAs image sensor for high sensitivity across SWIR, NIR and visible wavelengths. Combined with the Nireos GEMINI X interferometric hyperspectral imaging module and the Optem® FUSION modular microscopy platform for precision and high magnification, this demo shows how hyperspectral image stacks or cubes can be created to enable detailed spectral analysis for classification, differentiation and sample component identification.
- X-Cite TETREM™: A 4-Channel LED illumination system for fluorescence imaging, X-Cite TETREM provides reliable excitation for commonly used fluorophores in microscopy with a cost-effective design engineered for simplicity, power and flexibility.
- High-Performance Fluorometer Demonstration for DNA Disease Measurement and Molecular Diagnostics: This platform delivers exceptional sensitivity and reliability with flexible configurations of up to ten independent analysis channels and low sensitivity to ambient conditions. With a highly repeatable, reproducible output and built‑in real‑time monitoring and diagnostics, it provides dependable, high‑quality performance for critical diagnostic workflows.
