电源塔
我们的电源塔提供宽版和窄版两种配置,能够灵活配置多达五台LightHammer®10 Mark III、LightHammer H6 Mark II、P600M、P300或Semray CPS3电源。选配的电源分配箱可通过单一开关控制并保护最多五台电源。此外,选配的紧急停止(E-Stop)功能提供了一个“硬断”电路,在紧急情况下能迅速关闭辐照器。

模块化电源外壳(MPE)柜体专为多个微波UV固化系统提供集中控制,支持远程操作或通过机柜前端直接访问。依据所选电源型号的不同,用户能够管理四到十个系统,并可选择配备PLC和触摸屏来控制系统。此外,MPE柜体不仅作为客户电源接入的统一接口,还为电源提供了洁净过滤的空气。这一特性在可能有灰尘的生产区域中尤为有益。

Using a modular enclosure cabinet enhances reliability and control in high-demand manufacturing. These cabinets reduce installation costs by consolidating power feeds into a single electrical drop. By providing filtered, directional airflow, these units extend the life of power supplies. Yes, they are engineered for adaptability. Our MPE-5 model supports up to five power supplies, while the MPE-10 can accommodate 10. These enclosed cabinets support voltages ranging from 200 to 480 VAC. They are also compatible with multiple microwave-powered UV system types, including F300S, F600S, LH6 Mark II, and LH10 Mark III. This modularity allows us to integrate towers into custom manufacturing environments with minimal reconfiguration.
Each Fusion UV MPE cabinet includes integrated safety features and control logic to ensure secure operation. Standard features include an emergency stop button, lamp standby mode, high/reduced power selection, and remote/local switching. Additional interlocks provide alerts for external faults or RF anomalies, and elapsed time meters help track lamp and system usage for preventive maintenance.

Excelitas offers two tower configurations to accommodate varying space constraints and lamp system requirements. The Wide Tower is designed for higher-capacity setups, which is recommended for installations with mixed power levels or lamp formats. It can accommodate power supplies like the P600M, and the LH6 or LH10 Mark II systems.
In contrast, the Narrow Tower is built for smaller or more space-restricted environments. We recommend using them with up to five P300 power supplies. This makes it well-suited for uniform lamp configurations or legacy systems that rely on P300 technology. While the tower footprints differ, both options include integrated control and fault protection features. This ensures consistent performance, safety, and remote management across systems of any size or complexity.
